Whaaaaa–?

Moi? Giving me a thinking award would be the equivalent of giving George W. the Nobel Peace Prize.

RIGHT - Here I am accepting my award. Ahem…

Well, I humbly accept and thank Emery Jo. Like I told her, I didn’t think I made anyone think. Just giggle a little. Or maybe smile. Or sigh. I get a lot of sighs. Especially from my wife. She sighs a lot. At me. Don’t know why.

The rules of the game are that I’m supposed to nominate 5 bloggers who make me think:

1. Kaz over at I Hate Snaps always makes me think. He asks questions, looks for answers, and comes up with some wonderfully poignant insights. He’s as green as I want to be and a vegetarian like I should be. If you’re not already reading him - you should be.
2. Hilly - the self-proclaimed crazy connoisseur of The People’s Republic of Blogistan - over at Snackie’s World makes me think everyday. And she makes me laugh. And she inspires me to blog. And I’m finally going to get to meet her badass self next week! Hoo-ha! She is the snarkstress of blogcool.
3. Self-Made Mom is next on my list. Sara is a Chicago blogger that I had the great fortune to meet when we on the set of The New Adventures of Old Christine! She’s smart, funny, and introspective. She worries, questions, and her posts are always on all the topics that people should be discussing or will be soon.
4. Phil at A Family Runs Through is a SAHD in Northern Idaho who is home-schooling his kids. He tells great stories and gives me a peek into being a stay-at-home-dad and the home schooling life which really intrigues me. I could never do it - I know I’d seriously jack my kids up if I tried… Check out this post for a taste. I envy him.
5. I’m new to Stefanie’s blog, Baby on Bored, and she normally cracks my shit up. But this post is the reason why she’s getting my Thinking Blogger Award.

So, these are the bloggers who make me laugh, cry, think, wonder, and feel truly happy that I discovered the blog world. This is just a little way to give a bit back to those who have given me so much to think about.
